Last updated 2026-10-21. These terms cover this website and the waitlist. Use of the Outlatch service itself is governed by a separate agreement.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by SEOlith LLC ("SEOlith", "we"). Outlatch is a product of SEOlith. Contact: legal@outlatch.com.
2. Using the website
You may browse the site and use the waitlist form for lawful, business purposes. You agree not to attack, scan, overload or disrupt the site, attempt to access data that is not yours, submit false or another person's information, or use automated means to submit the form. To report a security issue, follow our security.txt.
3. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not create a contract, a licence or a commitment by either side. We may decide who receives early access and when, and we may change or end the waitlist at any time. Access to a pilot or to the service requires a separate written agreement, which will govern in preference to these terms.
4. Information on this site
Outlatch is at a pilot stage and is not yet generally available. Descriptions of features, platforms, pricing and compliance posture reflect our plans and current build at the date shown on each page and may change. Prices are indicative and are not an offer. Statements about HIPAA, SOX, GDPR and other frameworks describe how the product is designed to support an organisation's programme; they are not legal advice and not a certification or guarantee of compliance. Statistics and studies cited on this site belong to their publishers and are summarised for context.
5. Intellectual property
The site, its text, graphics, the Outlatch name and logo are owned by SEOlith or its licensors. You may link to the site and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not copy the site or use our name or logo in a way that suggests endorsement without our written permission. The Outlatch name has not yet completed trademark clearance and no registered rights are claimed.
6. Third-party links and names
We link to sources outside our control and are not responsible for their content. Microsoft, Outlook, Google, Gmail, Cloudflare and other names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe compatibility. Outlatch is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
7. Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, SEOlith is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms by posting a new version here; continued use means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which SEOlith LLC is organised, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers and other parties with mandatory local rights keep them.
